Kadai Mutton (or Mutton Karahi) is a popular South and North Indian meat dish. It features tender goat or lamb meat cooked with fresh tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and a coarse blend of freshly ground spices called kadai masala. It is traditionally prepared in a heavy, deep iron wok known as a kadai.
